I really enjoyed my stay at Axel Hotel Barcelona. The staff made me feel welcomed right from the start. My room had a spacious layout with a cozy bed that offered a good night's sleep. The shower was amazing, providing a refreshing experience every day. I loved the rooftop pool and bar. the views were stunning, and the cocktails were fantastic. However, I faced a few issues. The elevators were a bit small and sometimes slow, causing delays when I wanted to get up or down. Additionally, I found it inconvenient to pay extra for the spa facilities. Overall, despite minor setbacks, I had a great time and appreciated the modern decor and clean environment.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like the rooftop pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me return documents I left behind, which I appreciate. I highly recommend staying here for a city trip!...

During my stay, the air conditioning was a significant issue. It barely worked, and despite multiple calls for maintenance, it remained ineffective throughout our four nights. This made our room uncomfortably hot, forcing us to sleep with the balcony door open, but we couldn't rest due to the noise from the street. Additionally, the hairdryer in the room was weak and would shut off before I could dry my hair properly, which was incredibly frustrating.

The rooftop bar is a must-visit! Breathtaking views and a chill vibe. Just wished the room had a bit better decor. Will definitely be back! 🥂
